Blue Fountain Media is a full service digital agency based in New York. CRO specialist Alhan Keser wanted to improve the conversion of the ‘Request a quote’ page and see the effect of a trust seal.
Hypothesis
Addding a trust sign on the quote form will increase the number of form fills.
Results
- The conversion rate (% people filling the form) increased by 42%
- Improvement in non-branded organic search traffic – visitors who are probably not familiar with the brand – was +81%.
Learnings
The trust seal works for this quote form. Alhan was a bit surprised by the 42% improvement though – so he might run the test again.
