Express Watches is the online brand of Ashleigh Jewellers of Woodbridge, UK,  – a family business selling watches for over 20 years. Manager Rob realized that it is important for a small relatively unknown brand to establish trust.

Hypothesis

 Adding a trust logo with customer reviews on the product pages, will increase sales as customers will be confident about buying expensive watches online.

Results

Sales rose by 58%.

Learnings

For smaller brands instilling trust is very important. Particularly for expensive items (like watches) where shoppers are wary of buying counterfeit watches.
