Vab Dwivedi – Director of the Digital Customer Experience Optimization team for Dell.com – tested just a one litle change on the main navigation. The first menu title was changed from “Products” to “Shop”.

The result was a 3.5% decrease in conversion and a 6% decrease in revenue/visit.
